LEADERS OUGHT TO LEAD

LEADERS OUGHT TO LEAD

June 26, 2022

And thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt shew them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do. Ex. 18:20

It is a no brainer to say that leaders ought to lead, and yet it is necessary to say it in today’s world.  In today’s economy, people are choosing to be leaders not because they want to lead, but rather because of the income and perks they receive.  In that case, they are focused on getting rather than giving and are receiving honor rather than showing leadership.  It is a terrible problem when people assume they are being helped when in actuality they are being used for what someone can get from them.  Jesus called those wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.  Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Mat 7:15-16

For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed. Isa 9:16

It is a very hurting discovery for those who thought they were being helped to find out it was a ruse.  It brings to mind the story of Trump University, where students thought they would be taught to become winners.  It turned out they were there to be someone’s meal ticket.  The legal authorities proved the students were being misused for someone else’s well-being and they received recompense.  I believe the Lord has allowed this “leader’s” exploitation to open up society’s eyes to how men of power have become users and abusers in high places, exploiting the weak as leaders.

There are many leaders wondering what they are going to do, now that the bottom has fallen out and they have been exposed.  Many are calling the lie, the truth.  Preachers are wondering what they will do about church when churches can no longer function like they used to.  Good!  If you have arrived at a place where you no longer know what to do, it is because you are no longer a leader.  If you do not know where to go next then you cannot lead.  Your question should be what other work can I do or was I made to do?  Course change is not always an end; sometimes it is a new beginning.

God has brought this world to a standstill because: Enough is enough!  The “One” who knew what to do and how to do it gave us the script; but mankind disobeyed Him, perverted the work and turned the world into a pretzel. God showed us in scripture that in a time of siege, parents would eat their own children (Jer 19:9).  Mankind’s heart has turned hard and bitter.  We have seen it in our leaders who have turned indifferent to the needs of those they are supposed to serve while they are busy tending to their own wellbeing.  God has said: enough!

I searched the bible for the words “teach” and “learn.”  I wanted to understand what the original intent was.  The answer was comforting.  See some of the references below:

Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say. Ex. 4:12

And thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt shew them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do. Ex. 18:20

… the LORD said unto me, Gather me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children. Deu.  4:10

And Moses called all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and judgments which I speak in your ears this day, that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them. Deu. 5:1

In each scripture example, the “One” who knows the way teaches those who do not.  God is the expert who taught Moses and Moses was to teach others what he knew.  The example we had from the beginning was that God the Father taught His children how to live life and Moses taught the elders how to teach the people.  The problem we are experiencing is that the elders have fired God from His job because they thought they knew better.  Now look at the mess we are in!  They have so messed up the earth that some now want to go corrupt outer space.  Do you really think that God will allow it?

The most immediate problem is God’s preachers because the church leaders were supposed to teach society how to work together in love.  When society is taught instead how to take from each other for their own benefit to get rich quick, you have a dog eat dog society that is doomed to fail.  Preachers cannot keep preaching the same lie because it breeds corruption and the end of a society, like we are now experiencing.  Preachers are waiting for more instructions on how to operate their churches.  The problem is that they have operated as a franchise that someone else set up as a get-rich quick scheme and it is a false system that God cannot let stand. The real church births life, not the death we are seeing everywhere.  These false churches and its people must realize what they are and these preachers must come clean about their real motivation.  Jesus called it the blind leading the blind (Mt. 15:14).  God has called “Enough” so it cannot continue as usual.

God has always declared:

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Mat 11:28

God is still God and He can fix what is wrong.  We have to admit that we were wrong and humble ourselves for new instructions.  We cannot pick up where we left off and we cannot continue on the same path.  God shut off the garden of Eden with Cherubims and a flaming sword.  He pulled down the Tower of Babel and confused the people’s language.  He allowed the heathens to defile and destroy Jerusalem’s temple.  Things have to change and you cannot lead without having truth imparted to you from God.  God’s obedient  children have merely to ask for help and instructions and He will provide it.  All life flows from Father God and there is nothing that we can do without first learning His way of doing things that produce success and life.  It is Father God that supplies true leaders with the ability and supply to lead others.  When they become stagnant, disobedient or proud, they slander God’s name.  Without Him ye can do nothing.

It was at such a time that the great man of God named Job humbled himself.

Shall he that contendeth with the Almighty instruct him? he that reproveth God, let him answer it. Then Job answered the LORD, and said, Behold, I am vile; what shall I answer thee? I will lay mine hand upon my mouth. Once have I spoken; but I will not answer: yea, twice; but I will proceed no further.  Job 40:2-5

Job was one that honored God always and yet in the test he had to be reminded who is God and who is not.  Every knee must bow to Jesus willingly now or by force later.  We have seen how far man will go when he thinks he is God.  They will exploit, boast and feel invincible.  It is at these times that the Real God has to make Himself known to all,  that He alone is God.  It is He that waste the mountains and hills, dry up all their herbs; make the rivers islands, and dry up the pools (Is 42:15).  Even the angels asked the Creator: What is man that thou art mindful of him?  God is willing to share His authority and power with mankind when we remember that it is He that is God.  Even Jesus, one with God, submitted himself, honored the Father and did not presume to be more than He was predestined to be while on earth.  He honored the heavenly order established by the Father and humbled himself to pray and seek the face of the Creator for directions. God is pleased with man when he, in meekness and humility like Moses, lead the people in respect and honor of God, but yet realizes that he, himself, is but a man.  Oh, that our leaders would know where the power lies and use it, sparingly because it is as a vapor that comes and is soon gone.

And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the LORD: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.  Jer 24:7

Ministry Change

The Spirit of God has directed my steps one at a time and, as He has shown me what to do, I have tried to make those adjustments. I have been studying and writing what the Spirit of God has shown me for the past 40 years and on this website for the past nine years.  My own writings on the web, scriptures, and the Holy Spirit all point to my next step of teaching others what I have been taught.  The truth remains the same that you have to be born again to enter the family of God and ministers are called and established by God through a process of teaching, testing and empowerment that only God can seal and anoint. What I will do is teach and instruct groups, individuals and churches as God permits to give them true doctrine. The church has been taught man’s doctrine for the past 40 years and it has been a selfish doctrine that has bred division rather than love. I am still being taught through revelation knowledge and will pass on the word of God as His steward, not pastoring.

God has often given me inklings years in advance of what I am to do in the future so I know that I will sponsor a ministers’ conference at some point as I previously started in the downtown library right before it was torn down and rebuilt. Before anyone try to tell me why I cannot do what I have laid out, let me just say it is pre-approved by the highest authority and my website show proof of my ministry work through the years.  (But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry [2Ti 4:5].)

This is a new beginning for me as it is for a lot of people.  God has ordained that things will not work as they did before.  He has changed the system. Man is no longer going to be in charge as he has been for the past 40 years of setting up his own church and making his own disciples.  It will be God’s way or no way.  He has made that clear.

To those that were prophesying a last’s day revival, I find that to be error.  I have read scripture front to back, walked through many bibles experiences, communed with God, had the scriptures opened to my understanding, and I never saw that promise.  The scriptures that I believe people use to support that theory actually refers to the end of a period of judgment where God restores His graces to the people who have suffered, but the outpouring of the Spirit’s power already occurred at Pentecost.  Like the first coming of Christ, some people miss the meaning of the event and continue looking for a manifestation afterward.

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.  And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: Joe 2:23,28

The prophet Amos states:  “Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light (Amo 5:18).”  People have misread the last day’s scriptures and have a wrong expectancy. The bible is a spiritual book written by and for God’s children and ones walking in darkness will not understand it because it is veiled to them.  To the children of God it is a love letter of God’s promises and provision.  As I begin preparing for upcoming events, I hope you will consider whether or not God is calling you to take part in an in-depth teaching of His word.  Let me know through my contact information provided on this site.  May God shower you with His grace and mercy and may our lives be restored to peace as we submit to His will.
